  13. When and how often should I expect a fall forward after the modem has
  14. done a fallback, to say 12,000 bits/s, from the original 14,400 bits/s
  15. that I got at conenction time? It is mentioned in Appendix A in my
  16. User's Guide in a very ambigous way. They don't state any requirements
  17. for this to take place like what other brands of modems this will work
  18. with (or not).

  20. I have seen this feature work on a Supra modem that I borrowed from a
  21. friend and connected to a USR Courier V.34 at school.
